Brown Patch, a fungal disease characterized by light brown patches which are often mistaken for dried out areas, is turning up in lawns receiving too much moisture. It is most severe when temperatures range from 75° to 95° and the humidity is high. Brown Patch takes on a sunken appearance and spreads by moisture on the grass blades. Lawns that are overwatered, especially those with automatic sprinkler systems that water on a regular schedule whether or not moisture is needed, are most susceptible. Click links below to READ MORE
